I have an SLR 95 that I'm converting to a pistol grip . I will be doing a TWS dog leg top cover and rail .The question I have for you'll is there some company that utilizes the original AK sights into a pictany rail mount? I have a really nice sight with both elevation and windage .

Not that I'm aware of. Most companies that offer a railed topcover use the RSB as a hinge/pivot point for the topcover to keep it as steady as possible. Some include a rear sight that's machined into the rail itself to act as a rear iron sight.
