August 7th, Arsenal is announcing a big "game changer" to the SAM series rifle.

Knowing them and this hype attempt.. it'll probably be a different muzzle device and a $500 price increase.
Would be nice if it was a SAM7 krink with long barrel (or factory SBR) and the folding stock installed. But I'm terrified of how many thousands of dollars they would want for such a rifle. |

they already offered the SA M7 SF, so I don't really know how this changes any "game"
if they made a totally new rifle or imported a dragunov that would be a pants changer whatever it is it will probably be a limited edition with the introductory price of $3000 for "serious collectors" or something more hideous:

- Hard work and fine tuning - Most advanced, game changer Sounds like a non native caliber AK variant. Soo....I'll go out on a limb and guess.....the SAM-6 in 6.5 Grendel. (With the collaboration, hard work and fine tuning done by Mr. Krebs) ETA: If it is a 6.5 Grendel, K-VAR better be able to provide Wolf ammo at a competitive price (not usual K-VAR ammo prices) or it will fail miserably. |

They might look a little wonky, but they are correct for an Arsenal BG rifle. |

I know Arsenal is Bulgarian gear as I run a bunch of their high end parts on my wasr 10/63, but thats the only "game changer" I can come up with - everything that can be done with the AK and AKM, both 47 and 74 has been done. Only something like the 94, 9, or 12 would be what I would call a game changer, Russian or Bulgarian made I don't really care, I want one. |

Don't believe the hype!!
I have no issues with Arsenal, but I'm turned off with their marketing B.S. "If" they want to impress me, make more SLR-105 rifles and offer a Krink version with a 16" barrel as well... Also, make a run on some new Makarov pistols too. Yes, I'm dreaming, but it doesn't hurt!! |
