These are old NOS, assuming 1980’s? Tasco 1 piece scope bases for a Remington 700 long action. You could cut them and use for short actions if you wanted. My genius plan was to mount these to a wall for spare scopes I have but as with most plans it fell apart :D they do come with screws in each.

To be clear, for $39 shipped, you get all 8 of these. That’s under $5 each.  Not worth splitting up the lot.
