This is a used Modulus Arms AR15 Jig. It is as pictured with issues circled. Issue #1 Had a drill bit break and chip the top of the hole in the dog bone shaped piece. Does NOT effect function.
Issue #2 Let a friend use the jig and he removed the router while still spinning and hogged out the hole or the trigger slot. He epoxied and reshaped the inside (although not perfect) and it produces a trigger slot like pictured  (compared to factory receiver) that can be dressed up with a file.
used 1/4" endmill is included but not pictured. It does have a chip out the side but still cuts fine.
