YHM has them listed in stock and back on their web page.  Just picked up a few.

Thought some here might like to know..

Dan

ETA:  No Dice on the .22 wraith mounts since they are essentially the rear of the can without a FH, the ATF is still hmm hawing...

Received this from YHM

"Sir,
Thank you for your interest in our products and your business. We have been instructed by management not to sell
Wraith .22 QD mounts at this time, we are awaiting a final determination from the ATF in this matter. We can now
resume selling the Phantom QD mounts and Wraith 9mm QD mounts as of yesterday. I would think we should be getting
a determination on the Wraith .22 QD mounts soon."

The solution is to make a Wraith QD with a very small FH......

Ugh I should have bought a .22 Wraith mount a couple months ago.  I have a Wraith in transfer that should be approved any day now and I have two guns I want to put it on.

If nothing else, this whole debacle shows us you have to buy all the accessories you'll need at the time of original purchase or risk getting left out in the cold Which is cool, cause it's not like NFA is expensive or anything...

Actually this suppressor is the least expensive title II purchase I've ever done.  Suppressor, FFL fee and transfer tax is under $500 out the door.

True... for Mite.  I'm waiting on a Phantom and the QD mounts are $75 apiece and I'm getting 4 but I will gladly admit it's better than spending $1000+ a caliber to shoot suppressed.

How is the Wraith .22 QD mount any different than the Wraith 9mm QD mount?    Stupid ATF.

It can be argued the 9mm Wraith mount is a threaded FH that the supressor mounts two.   The .22 wraith is just the back of the can essentially since it has No FH on it....

Anybody know if there was a final determination on the Wraith .22 mounts?  If there was I'm assuming it wasn't good because YHM still isn't selling them.

Dear CleverNickname:

The federal government, including the ATF, operates much like a freight train.  They take their sweet time building momentum, but once they get moving, they don't stop easily.

Therefore, while it seems like it takes forever to get a decision, it then sticks.

Cheers,

Guess I'm screwed, too.  I've got a YHM Mite QD and they don't have any of the QD mounts for it listed, either.

They also "discontinued" the fixed barrel adapter for the Cobra series...Can't find 'em anywhere...Guess I'm screwed too...

I could have sworn that adapters from the trident 9 will work on the Cobra M2 can. Might wanna research that and see.

fuck, if I'd known this was going to be the case, I would have bought a different suppressor.

This was taken from Silencerresearch.com

"This review allowed me to discover that the SWR Trident 9 mounts will fit the YHM silencers making additional mounting options possible."

Hope this helps some of you out.

Talked to Mike at YHM today.

They've discontinued the QD adapters for the Mite.  And no, they don't have any more in stock.

Fucking ATF.
