I got hands on a couple new IOTVs. They're not stolen Army property, got them at work being thrown out. How much do they go for? I believe I have a large vest, and an XL with the 2-piece yolk and the butt flap thing. Both have the full soft armor setup in them. What would these be worth, I can't really find them online anywhere.

I agree.  400 is a fair price for them.

Depending on date and color pattern reality will bring you around the 300-350 mark. Feel free to shoot for 400 but from a realistic point plan to accept an offer for around the 300 mark. (Color pattern makes the biggest difference MC will bring a small fortune ACU will hurt the price.)

Also FYI IOTV is still a controlled item. Just be careful is what Im getting at. Also for it to have been DRMO'd providing someone dident do it with an alterior motive it may not be fit for service...

They're BAE brand in ACU. They're not surplus, stolen, DRMOed, etc... They were bought by my work, and we had a few extras, hence the brand new ones. I took them so they wouldn't get tossed out. So once again, not prior military property. I think they're only 2 years old and have been sitting in a locker room since we got them.
