I cross posted this over at THR.  Sorry for the duplicate for members of both.

I picked up a PPK/S at the funshow yesterday to carry when I'm not carrying a real gun.

I figured I could throw together a pocket rig for it...all in all, this took about an hour. Whaddaya think?

(Really sorry for the poor photography.)

looks good, but IMO when you have DIY as the title of a thread you should include some info, it kind of leads people to believe that you are going to inform or teach others how to DIY

Yes, I agree.  Nice job, but please post how-to and what tools used.  Also where to order said tools.

Nice job.  I'm gonna have to get me a pocket pistol and try that.

I would love to make a holster for my 92.  What kind of leather do I need?

How did you mold the leather to the triggerguard?

I just wet the leather and used the back end of the tool in the picture to bone the leather to the gun. When it dries, it's very stiff and retains the shape of the gun.

The leather is from vegetable tanned leather "bellies" available cheaply from Tandy.

I did it rough side out to increase the stickiness of the holster.

Here's the other side:
