Anyone ever seen these. They were on a Japanese website. Looks deativated. Bet it came out of VN. Also on a Early XM16E1 upper and lower.

The bolt carrier looks like it was on the losing end of a cutting torch.

Appears the carbine was never cleaned.  Do you have a link to the site?

Lugs are also broken on the lower!, Also added the other 2 pics of the reciever that were not on the original post

Looks like they chiseled the hammer out of the FCG... Never seen that before. Deactivated weapons are the only option in several countries. Did not know Japan was one

It definately is a proof mark of some kind from the deactivation. I love the patina on the reciever and slipring! Wow I would build one but the PIA of doing a SBR keeps me from doing it.

its not that much of a PIA....get your eform started and build it to a pistol first...then when u get your stamp, put a stock on it
