I'm interested in taking a precision rifle course.  Anybody out there taken a precision rifle course from TAC PRO?  Location is doable for me.

Thanks.

While I am a member of the range at TACPRO, I have never taken a course there.

I have, however taken a precision rifle course at Tiger Valley in Waco. TACPRO is a bit closer and you can get on the 1000 yd range anytime they aren't having a competition or class. Tiger Valley's 1000 yd range is harder to find a day when they have an open shoot scheduled.

I am sure that you would get great training at either range, but Tiger Valley has military style target pits and pit service. One of the advantages of the pit system is that somebody drops your target and marks it so that you can see every hit placement. They can also do 'bobbers' and 'movers' as the target operator is safely concealed below ground in the pit.

It's a hoot to hit a 12" x 18" moving target at 800 yds and TJ down at Tiger Valley can teach you how. Hell, he even taught me.

IM me if you need any further info.

Thank you for the reply.  A friend and I have made arrangements to go to Rifles Only this summer.  Tiger Valley sounds interesting.  I'll check them out too.

Thanks again.
