One of the most important drills I learned at LFI III was to mirror my shooting skills. Do everything with the off hand you do with the strong. He had us shooting the entire course that way. First at regular speed, then at double speed.
Try it. Use the Weaver, Chapman, and Iso, with your non dom side. Use two hands,, make these holds equal from both sides.
My score with the strong side LFI I qualification the first time I did it was 293/300.
After 15 days of Training with Mas from LFI II and then LFI III, my score with my non-dom hand was a 295/300 at double speed.
Everyone in the LFI III class did this. You can also.

I try to train about 1/3 2 handed w/strong hand, 1/3 strong hand only & 1/3 support hand only for everything.  Not much 2 hand support side because there really isn't much of an application for that with a pistol unless you're carrying a BUG on your support side for a NY reload.  In that case I'd split it 25% each.

Good on you for training & gaining proficiency with your "weak" side.

Compare your profile that your oponent sees when you are shooting from a vertical cover position when you are positioned on the right side of the cover.  Look at what you oponent sees when you are shooting left handed, look at what he sees when you have to lean out and shoot right handed.  If you are in this position (very common in CQB) being able to use a two hand mirrored solid hold will give you a life saving moment.
