[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Rear Sight Question

I have a Bushmaster Dcm Upper and I need help determining the moa of the rear sight.

The windage knob has 10 clicks per full rotation and 80 clicks across.

The elevation drum has 25 clicks per full rotation and 60 clicks up and down.

Are they 1/2 or 1/4 moa sights?

It's 1/2 x 1/2 MOA.
