Got the SR trigger today and tried to install in a RRA lower. The trigger will not drop in, there is not enough room between the selector and trigger hole. I can take the original and slide it in and out with ease, but the GA is longer. One option would be to remove the selector, I went to the "build it yourself" pages here and there is no description, it just says to install. I tried to drift it out, but it doesn't budge, I dont see a retainer anywhere. Another option would be to remove some material from the back of the trigger, it looks like a sixteenth would do it. I really didn't want to do that, I thought this was a drop in deal. Or have I just got an oddball RRA.... Thanks, Ken Orris |

You need to find the TM and get familiar with the parts in the rifle before you start to drift out the selector. I have heard of people doing that and ending up with a hole in their receiver where there wasn't one. You need to take the pistol grip off. The grip holds in a spring and a plunger that engages the selector. Once you do that the selector will come out. B |
