Any one use/recommend a basic shot timer app for android smart phone(Samsung Galaxy S4)? Should I just buy the Pact timer ($120 or so). My own use, my range.

I'd recommend just getting a shot timer. The apps I've tried suck.
The money spent on a shot timer is probably the single best bang for your buck you'll spend on firearms training equipment.
