Probably after Cuomo's State-of-the-State address. Why give Cuomo a pulpit to respond? After??? Cut that punk off dead in the middle of one of his fist rattling sentences. What would be epic is if Preet announced it about an hour before his state of the state address so the whole world could watch that crooked fuck squirm like worm. |

Saturday, January 2, 2016 January 2nd Comes, But No Cuomo Indictment The Buffalo Chronicle posted last month that Preet Bharara planned "to indict Governor Andrew Cuomo on January 2nd — along with a half dozen associates and former staffers — on public corruption, racketeering, conspiracy, and honest services fraud." Well, it's January 2 - a Saturday - and the courts are closed, US Attorney Preet Bharara is getting ready to address the Kentucky legislature next week over ethics and Governor Cuomo's schedule reads: Governor Cuomo is in Albany The day's not over yet, of course, but you'd have to be loopy from Easter egg hunts at the governor's mansion to think a grand jury is going to indict the governor on a Saturday, one day after New Year's Day, or that a previous indictment will be unsealed today and revealed publicly. So much for the Buffalo Chronicle story. That said, this doesn't mean those looking for Cuomo to follow his two amigos, Shelly Silver and Dean Skelos, to criminal court should lose heart. There are plenty of reasons to keep a close watch on where Preet Bharara goes next now that he's got Shelly Silver convicted on seven corruption counts and Dean Skelos on eight corruption counts. So keep hearts, folks - January 2nd may have come without a Cuomo indictment, but the governor's not out of the woods yet by a long shot. Full article here |

Knowing how these things go, Jan. 2nd was an improbability from the start.
I'd look past the Governor's State of the State on the 13th. Not only to cut him off at his knees, but when the shrill Cuomo, expounds on his economic development successes, it would be an opportune time to expose the corruption. This would magnify and resonate across NYS and expose him for the fraud that he is. |

Andy doubling down this weekend:
Cuomo said that in the wake of the recent federal corruption convictions of former State Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver and ex-Senate Majority Leader Dean Skelos, ethics reform will be a top priority in the new legislative session that begins this week.
“We have done a lot in Albany, but we haven’t done enough,” he said. “I’m going to push the Legislature very hard to adopt more aggressive ethics legislation-more disclosure, more enforcement, etc.” But Cuomo again defended his abrupt shut-down of his Moreland anti-corruption commission that has drawn a review by U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara. Cuomo, who when announcing the panel said it was intended to root out state government corruption, reiterated his recent comments that in reality it was designed to get the Legislature to approve more ethics reforms, which he says it did. He also dismissed criticism that he pulled the plug on the panel. “I love Monday mornings because I can tell you exactly what the Jets did wrong, what the Giants did wrong,” he said. http://www.nydailynews.com/news/politics/cuomo-defends-choice-order-homeless-freezing-article-1.2483894

Prick has the temerity to equate the review of his brazen graft and corruption with Monday quarterbacking? Spoken like a true Tamany Hall professional. He nauseates me, whenever I can I use the urinal with his face target. Even the Lords of Tammany Hall we're not as brazen as this shit-stain. |
