Oral arguments for both NYSRPA v. Cuomo and Shew v. Malloy were presented before the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals this afternoon. We do not expect a decision in our case before the end of February at the earliest. Only with the continued support of gun owners will we prevail with our legal action.
