Got three more non voters,  one of which is actually a registered Dem to promise to pull the "R" lever Tuesday.

Friendly reminder that we are in the 4th quarter guys. Ball is on the fucking goal line right now. Need a good push to get it in for 6.

Don't have them vote R.  Have them vote C, Conservative, in solidarity with the 2nd amendment. Or StopCommonCore.

If they can't bring themselves to pull the lever for an R (or C, Stop Common Core, etc), have them vote Green Party or Libertarian.

A vote not for Cuomo is a vote for Rob.

Not sure I can agree. I don't think it's going to be enough to simply not vote for Cuomo. Astorino needs votes.

I picked up two who said "we only vote in Presidential elections."  They are voting after an hour long rant on how important this election is.  Solid R's, so I was surprised that they weren't going to vote.

Making phone calls today, all day.  Family, friends, friends of friends, EVERYONE.  My wife's grandparents haven't voted in years, I got them to go and vote for Rob.  I told them I would come and pick them up and take them.  I called a guy yesterday that I bought a tractor off of three months ago...when I bought it from him we were taking about unSafe and FUAC, he was with us.  Well when I talked to him yesterday I reminded him and asked if he was planning on voting.  He said he didn't really have time.  By the end of the conversation, he couldn't wait to get to the polls, and said he was bringing his wife and two daughters.

Just be careful if they vote on the SCC line that they don't vote for a governor twice.  Rumor I read here on ARF is that the ballot may be a little confusing.

How is it a rumor if I posted a picture of the actual ballot?

I just counted the votes I'm bringing to Rob. Came out to 31 people. And I'm probably forgetting some. I had registered a couple of more people at the job, but they got laid off, so there's no way to follow up.

Apologies - didn't remember seeing the actual picture.

I almost choked on my dinner tonight.  My left leaning, gun hating wife, raised in socialist Europe, told me that she would vote for Astorino tomorrow.

Also, a woman at work told me she would vote for him.  She is a single mom, black, living in an urban environment.

2 more.

In 1994 Pataki polled behind Mario Cuomo. Pataki took about 54,000 votes on a "Tax Cut Now" Line.

I think we really have a shot gentlemen. "Record Upstate Voter Turnout"

Off on a slight tangent here:
I don't know how it's done where you vote, but we live in a small Town, you step up to a table corresponding to where you live, give them you name, they find it in the Book, you sign and receive a ballot. Now with all the accusations of fraud, I'd like to check the names of my deceased neighbors to see IF they're voting.
Can I legally do this?
If so, and I find they've signed & Voted; what can I do about it?

That is exactly how they do it in my small town as well.  Not sure about asking for other individuals besides yourself but I am interested to find out.

I'm surprised such a Molon Labe Patriot is married to a leftist gun-hating raised-socialist woman.  How did that happen?  Oh yea, and from which country?

I converted one to Astorino about 10 minutes ago.    In casual conversation I asked a co worker if they were voting.  Got a lukewarm response and a "probably vote for Cuomo".  That was my opportunity.

So in about 1 minute I had recited the failures of Cuomo ( Cliff Notes version ) and got the nodding head and "OK, I'll vote for Astorino".  I had to repeat the name about 4 times to be sure he got it, but I'm convinced I turned one around.

It's scary that people who are so easily swayed are voters at all.  Good job taking advantage of it though.

Try to get the hardcore left to vote for Green Party - it takes away from Andrew!  There are those that will never convert to conservatism however they will take that measure and at the moment it will steal a vote from Andrew!

I wasn't such a right wing extremist in college.  She is from Holland.
