Well except for the whole full auto part haha.

But really...a semi auto version...hmm...

Does unsafe regulate semi autos with detachable ammunition feeding devices?

Pretty sure just detachable magazines...

So it could have all evil features.

Only ten round links though...as the links are feeding devices I assume.

If you set a semi up with a slide fire and blocked the mag well, you should be legal.

Cuomo's head would explode.

I just took the "Cuomo Quiz." It asks about magazines, not feeding devices.

Excuse me while I go polish this off.
That belt fed wouldn't be in-expensive, but some things are just worth it.

I have been told that NYSP will consider any detachable feeding device - including a belt - to be a "magazine" for the purposes of SAFE.

I do not believe that would hold up in court.  You'll beat the rap but not the ride, etc.

So NYSP have trouble comprehending what SAFE says, and what Judge Scratchy said (1.  it means what it says and 2. it is what the mfg calls it)??   If this is rife throughout the organization it must come from the top, meaning that NYSP leadership is instructing subordinates to enforce laws that don't exist.

Case in point: the "Mares Leg" or "Ranch Hand" or any other HANDGUN as defigned by BATFE being called a Short Barreled Rifle by the NYSP.

What if you cut it off at the wrist? Wasn't their rationale the fact that it still had a stock, albeit an abbreviated one?  Wait, never mind i was trying to use logic here.

See the Mares Leg was manufactured as a handgun not cut down from a Rifle (SBR) which requires Federal registration, but the Superintendent insisted that it's a SBR (otherwise illegal in NYS as we're not a class III State) and wouldn't allow them to be registered/sold here. Prohibition by fiat. just because he says so.
