The liberals seem to be arguing that it's constitutional because having the affected weapons in private hands constitutes a threat to public safety.

But the act doesn't REMOVE the weapons from private hands, it only blocks their sale or transfer.

So how can that possibly be court-reviewed as a plausible argument?

Is there any case law on anything like this?  It's like they're saying that it's illegal to shout fire in a crowded theather, but only if the theater was built after 2012.  Wtf kinda legal sense does that make?

You and I with assault rifles are much less dangerous than the thought process of these  deceitful liberal progressives and the way they are running the country into the ground.

Safety seems to be their latest buzz words and the tactic needs to be addressed to show that it does nothing to promote safety, while depriving law-abiding citizens DOES have a negative impact on safety

I'm not familiar with the safety amendment to the constitution.

By the moronic "reasoning" of brain-dead liberals, we should also ban cars to save the lives of the tens of thousands of people who die in car wrecks.

Regarding the lawsuit(s) I was wondering what the legal precedents for overturning the "AW" registration (confiscation) scheme is? Do other states have it? I know that if you register you basically are giving up the rights to your legally owned property. How can we defeat this? Thank you.
