Hey guys I was just wondering if Anyone knows what the "official" lawsuit is going to be and who is bringing it?  I've heard rumble of a NYSRPA suit but would love some confirmation.  I also ran across the one by http://www.wethepeopleofny.org/Home/PlantiffStrikeSAFEAct on Facebook and would like opinions on attaching my name to it.  I don't want to be part of a fly by night lawsuit that is going to hurt our chances at getting rid of this thing.

Basically, who's suing for realzz?!

The official lawsuit is by NYSRPA with cooperation from the NRA. They specifically ask not to sign up for any other litigation as it can hurt our case.
