What I truly don't understand is how anyone, anywhere, in this day and age, doesn't assume that they are under some type of electronic surveillance at all times in public, and conduct themselves accordingly.
This obviously applies to LE, and sending the media packing is ignoring reality. Arresting the guy takes it right up to idiocy. |

It's not a product of ignorance but of perceived omnipotence. The weird part is that I don't see them treating criminals like this, just law abiding free, non-violent citizens...probably because of the reaction they know they could potentially provoke. |
