| Back in 78 I had my Westchester Co permit revoked because I had failed to notify NYS Police of an address change. At the time I didnt fight it because I couldnt afford a lawyer. Now I am ready to submit my paperwork for Dutchess. My finger prints are already in the system because of the old permit. Will the process go any faster than normal? |

I'm assuming you listed the revocation on the application as your DCJS file will or should have it listed. |
. Frank heads up the psitol permit dept. nice guy, talk with him before you hand in the paperwork. It may be months before they look at it.
