Back in 78 I had my Westchester Co permit revoked because I had failed to notify NYS Police of an address change. At the time I didnt fight it because I couldnt afford a lawyer. Now I am ready to submit my paperwork for Dutchess. My finger prints are already in the system because of the old permit. Will the process go any faster than normal?

No it won't go any faster. I'm assuming you listed the revocation on the application as your DCJS file will or should have it listed.

Faster. Frank heads up the psitol permit dept. nice guy, talk with him before you hand in the paperwork.  It may be months before they look at it.

Yea, I listed the revocation on the application. My buddy got his permit not too long ago and it took 6 months from when he submitted his paperwork until he received his permit.
