I read on another forum that a stock FS2000 in AWB compliant.   My 2 concerns are that the thumbhole grip may be considered  a pistol grip and it has a flash hider that is pinned but not welded.
Does anyone up there own one or know if it is NY legal?

FS2000 doesn't have a pistol grip because the thumbhole does not protrude conspicuously below the action.  AUG-style guns do have a pistol grip, even though it is enclosed.

saw a PS90 at gander in watertown, some config as in any state....except for the ten round mag which IMO defeats the purpose of owning a PS90.

Great, Thanks for the replies.  I feel much better about this.
The rep I talked to at FNH tol me "yes and no".  He hesitant to give me a blanket yes due to restricitions in certain municipalities.  Their local dealer, when I was finally able to get them on the phone, told me that he had them in stock in the standard configurations.  Now I just need to find a place to shoot it around Albany.
