Opinions on this? They seem to say that it post ban compliant, though the open end and lateral slots look flash hider-ish to me.

With that full profile opening, no restrictions, baffles, expansion chambers etc, I think you'd be hard pressed to convince anyone that i was any different than an A2 flash hider.

With the open end, that will be viewed as a flash hider not a brake regardless of how they list it.

a brake has a closed end with a small hole in front for the bullet to pass through, if it has a closed end, you are generally GTG

Sorry to stomp this thread, but assuming you find a good comp, who does the pinning and welding? Is it true that this can only be done by the manufacturer?

Anyone can do the pinning and welding, it does not have to be the manufacturer. ADCO does a good job.

ADCO does great work in the area of AWB compliance, and alot of local NY smiths do the service as well
