Gentlemen,
So my project is coming to an end within the next couple of months, and there's no new work in the company on the horizon. So if you guys work in construction industry in NYC and/or know someone who's looking for an excellent Superintendent (myself), please drop me an IM or reply to the topic. I have many years of experience in mid- and hi-rise construction and a Site Safety Manager's license. Just to illustrate, I'm the longest employed Super in the company after everyone else has already been layed off. So there's a reason they're still hanging on to me (not to brag about it). I appreciate your help in advance. Hope something will break soon. |

Thank you very much. I appreciate everyone's input. Sent my resume to Gilbane last night. As far as Gramercy - demo is not really my thing, but will do in a bind.
I live in the Bronx, but hoping to move to lower Westchester pretty soon. Others move to Free States to escape New York. I'm moving to Westchester to escape NYC. |
