Got several SMS's on this alert this morning. Not sure why as this is upstate NY and I registered for downstate alerts. I hope they nab the SOB's and the baby is okay.

saw it on every sign up and down the LIE, and obvioulsy kept an eye out. I think this law is really good idea. I just wish they included the model vechicle along with all the other info, and perhaps time of incident.

The LIE direction part made it seem like the last known sighting was in the direction of travel but I realized they had it up that way going both East and Westbound which was odd.

Hope they catch the fucker.

I don't get them too often. I also get AMBER alerts via email courtesy of Yahoo! They will send them to any email address of your choosing.

THIS IS A NYS AMBER ALERT UPDATE. THE VEHICLE
INVOLVED INFORMATION HAS CHANGED.

The State Police Raybrook has
activated the New York State AMBER Alert and is investigating a confirmed
child abduction that occurred at a residence on Haven Road, in Jay,
NY at about 11:00 PM on 7/2/2010.

The CHILD, Naomi Trinity Drake is a White female, approximately 5 months old with blonde
hair and blue eyes. She is approximately 20 inches
long and weighs about 16 pounds. Naomi was last seen
wearing a blue and brown sleeper with a dog on the chest or leg.

The SUSPECT, James Drake is a White male,
approximately 24 years old with brown hair and blue
eyes. He is approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs
about 160 pounds. The suspect was last seen wearing shorts,
unknown shirt and flip flops on his feet.

The SUSPECT, Maria Trombley is a White female,
approximately 22 years old with blonde hair and brown
eyes. The suspect is pregnant and was last seen wearing shorts,
unknown shirt and flip flops on her feet. She has a tatoo of a sun
on her stomach

The VEHICLE has been identified as a White
2-door sedan 1991 Dodge Shadow with NY license plate number ESC2421.
It has a Convertible top

The suspects unlawfully entered a
residence, assaulted the child's foster parents there, and forcibly took
the child. The suspects have no custodial rights to the child and were
impaired at the time of the abduction.

Anyone
with any information on this abduction is asked to call the State
Police Raybrook at (866)NYS-AMBER or dial 911 to
provide information on a report or sighting.

The subject of an Amber Alert has been located in Haywood County, Tennessee, by the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
