| Friend may have one for sale. What is it worth? |
|
is he a NY'er? i ask b/c if he is in a state that has no restrictions then it would be really awesome of him to sell it to one of us in the ban states and a good price to help us out! but then again i understand getting the full value out of the rifle p.s. wish i could afford a preban right now lol |

Quoted: He can probably get a better price for a BM preban from a CT resident since all preban Colt AR-15 and Colt Sporter rifles are banned in CT. Which never ceased to amaze me considering Colt is based in Connecticut. Colt should have relocated to a free state years ago. |

CT has some weird gun laws that in some cases make even less sense then New York. CT has no mag restrictions CT bans certain caliber AKs CT has shall issue CCW and issues non-resident CCW but has no reciprocity with any other state CT has no restrictions on handgun possession in your residence but you need a CCW to transport as a resident/non-resident to/from the range or for a resident to purchase a new/used handgun CT restricts select fire rifles but full auto is OK |
