I'm planning on purchasing one of these gadgets and wanted to see what kind of experience Arfcommers had with the Ceiner and CMMG kits. The CMMG kit is more expensive, but the bolt/chamber insert assemblies look pretty much the same. I know Ceiner has been making theirs for around 20 years, but haven't heard anything on the CMMG unit. You guys have any experience with these things?

get a CMMG kit and dont look back.  Great customer service (ive heard)...  My .22LR kit runs like a champ on anything.

Ive got a ciener kit that I runblack dog  machine 10 round mags with. Ive put a couple thousand rounds through it in a 20" A2 that Ive got. It eats everything; Federal bulk packs, Win 555'ers, CCI's  and centurion.

Ive heard that Ciener and his staff are a bag of dicks so customer service might be suspect but the equipment itself has worked flawlessly for me.

Just pray you dont break the firing pin, etc... because if you do, they WONT replace it for you, nor sell you a simple spare part to replace it yourself.  They will take  your money though.

Again, I highly recommend CMMG, though the designs are darn near the same, the customer relations are good with them..  where as with Ciener there IS no public relations (well there is, but its all negative).
