Is the Vltor comp Jersey legal? If not what are the other options I have? Not really interested in the IZZY.

I used Kurts in the past but unfortunately he is no longer with us. RIP Kurt.

Got a pic? If the front is closed like the Branson brake then it's most likely considered a brake.
