Going to get my new toy finally, but my FFL is unsure of the lagality of the firearm in question. So off to the hive mind.
The weapon is a Masterpiece arms mpa-930st firearm in question Everything i can find says it is legal due to the mag in the handgrip, i asked him to call NJSP  for clarification.
So i come asking the members here that are FFl's. Am i correct? i can purchase this in NJ. Minus the mag which will be sent to PA address. thank you

i got pretty guns, want this as a toy. fuck it only money right | That might be "incorrect". I may be wrong, and I have no references to back it up but... A) I tried to buy one at the Valley Forge show, and the Jersey FFL refused to transfer claiming a law against handguns that are "supposed" to look like full auto counter parts. B) I've also seen similar state regulations regarding items that "look like" other items. I hope I'm wrong for your sake... and I'll curse the douche that wouldn't sell it to me, but thats my personal experience. Please let us know the outcome. |
