Bushmaster and Eagle Arms

I'm going to try building up the Bushmaster as soon as the grip gets delivered...

Vltor Emod Milspec
RRA NM 2-stage
RRA LPK
Magpul MIAD and the Magpul extended trigger guard

Now I just need a respectable upper to attach to it and then I need to figure out what to do with the EA lower.  What's really ashame is theres no SBR's in NY

The damage on those two was ALOT, but that's the deal for living in NY.

SBR = Short Barrel Rifle

I'm glad I picked up my prebans right when the ban ended.  Compared to the prices nowadays, people were giving them away.

So having a pre bann lower lets you have the flash hider and adjustable stock along with the pistol grip in New York?

the NY AWB does not apply to preban lowers, so you can have all the evil features you want.

I think you should build up the Eagle Arms (I have one, love it) and sell me the Bushmaster .  I've been looking for a Bushy pre-ban lower for a while, they're few and far between.  Congrats!  You have to post pictures once the builds are done!

I am tooling around with the idea of getting them refinished by Victor at US Anodizing...

They're in pretty good shape, so I'm not sure.

Yea, they look pretty good.  I was looking for a forged black pre-ban lower, but if I can find a gray one in good condition, I may pick it up and send it to him as well.  About what does it cost to have something reanodized?  Any problems getting it back together?

I haven't had it done yet, but it's my understanding that he strips the current anodizing off and then refinishes it with a choice of colors.
