| Would it be legal to have a threaded barrel sent here to NY and then have my comp perm attached here? Not sure if I want 16" plus comp or 14.5" plus 1.5" comp to complete 16". But just wondering if it would be frowned upon to have a threaded barrel in the state. (not attached to the upper, just barrel). |
