Hmm, I thought any mag fed Semi-Auto was illegal in the city. Someone will be along shortly to help you out.

I think as long as it's no more than a 10rd. clip it's ok.

I think NYC is limited to 5 rounds in a semi auto rifle.

Just as a heads up. Thats not a Dragunov. Its a Romak III PSL. Completely different gun from a real Dragunov.

Yep, that's a PSL-54C.

Perfectly legal in NY, likely not legal in New York City but I could be wrong. Most newly imported Romanian-built PSL's have a threaded barrel with a removable muzzle device and a bayonet lug.
