Besides Florida, are there any other states that make it easy to get a non-resident CCW permit?

PA, Utah, CT, Mass is relatively easy but pricey anymore.

I've had a Maine permit since I was 19...two resident permits and two non-resident permits and no problems with any of them...can take about a month to get them though
