CMP clubs should expect 120-180 delays in receiving ammunition orders. Reason being given is that production efforts are being directed in support of the US military. M1903 STRIPPED BARRELED RECEIVERS AVAILABLE FOR SALE. CMP has completed the inspection and repair of the M1903 rifles returned from Greece in 2002 and now has available for sale a small number of M1903 Stripped Barreled Receivers. All of the barrels have one or a combination of the following defects: bad bores, worn muzzles, excessive throat erosion, rust and pitting or failed to headspace. These receivers are sold "as is" and on a first come - first served basis while they last. M1903A3 receivers are not available at this time. Because many of the CMP South personnel will be at Camp Perry in support of the National Matches, the South store will be closed 30 July-15 August and will reopen for business on 16 August.
