I know that the LAR10 .308 which is going to be produced by Rock River Arms, will come with a Flash suppressor, which makes it illegal. However, how can I make it legal? Can it be removed by RRA or removed by the gun store I buy it from?

It can be removed and you can add a brake. Wilson Combat makes one that looks like the birdcage flashider. I have one on my Colt AR and on my Robinson M96.

Is the opening big enough for .308? Also, the LAR10 has 5/8x24TPI threads.
