Is the FN PS-90 Legal in N.Y. state ?

should be, as long as NY considers what FN calls a muzzle brake to be a brake under NY law
would have to use the 10 round mags though since the 30 rounders would be post ban

According to FN USA, yes. The FS 2000 will be too.

EDIT: You gotta hand it to FN- they designed these rifles to be legal in all states except Cali. They're showing the love. They are one of the few companies making their weapons to beat the ban even though the ban has largely expired.
