Are the Magpul Precision Rifle Stocks legal in NY on post ban rifles?

They dont look like collapsible stocks but rather an adjustable stock.

It seems that they should be legal.

I'd have to say it is because its really not a telescoping stock but more an adjustable stock.

Even in the shortest position you only really lose an 1" overall length.  I couldn't see you getting hassled.

I could be wrong.

How many other 'evil' features does the rifle have?
