Just got my new Kimber back from Steve Horak, a gunsmith working out of Stanhope, NJ (about 5 mins from my place). Steve gave it the "soup to nuts" cleanup, and returned it to me in impeccable shape. The work was well done and the man _knows_ 1911's. His prices are VERY reasonable. I'm not making any money off this (nor any free gunsmithery), but a good gunsmith can be hard to find ;) The man will apparently work on just about anything, he was super-tuning a few .308 Mauser rifles while I was there.
