I saw in the election returns that Ellis county 'flipped'  big time this election in voting for Trump.  In 2012 they voted heavily for Obama.  Maybe I don't know quite enough about Ellis county but I always thought they were pretty solidly red.  What caused them to vote for Obama in the first place in 2012?  Was it some influx of libs from Dallas that year?

News to me. I know my sister-in-law had some issues with the republican group in Ellis Co not wanting to support Trump, so they came up with their own group.

County judge could share a cell will Hillary.

I just moved to Waxahachie 2 months ago, and all I have seen in the way of yard signs and car decals, is T/P.

The only county north of El Paso that went blue was Dallas.
Not a flip

Are you sure that Ellis Cty voted for Obama in 2012? I grew up there and find it hard to believe. Not saying you're wrong, just saying I'd have to see the data to believe it.

DFW may be blue, but Ellis County is not DFW. Not yet, anyway.
