if that is Charter Communications I think they recently merged with Time Warner. If true, run do not walk away. Time Warner has the worst rep of all providers out there.....
ETA I've had both. Time Warner - never again, I'll buy Satellite before I give them a dime ATT - only if Time Warner is the only other choice... |

Last Saturday I called them about a picture quality issue that only happened on a couple of channels. Tech was here within two hours and had it fixed in about fifteen minutes. Annnnnnnd.......for an extra $2 a month I was upgraded from 200Mbps to 300Mbps  .
