| I have completed the CHL application online and have scheduled my fingerprinting appointment. At the top of the FAST (Fingerprint Applicant Services of Texas) form it asks for the LTC Application ID# under Section One: Agency Information. Is this a number that I supply them or should I leave this blank? I'm looking through my paperwork now and I don't see any number that is identified as such. Thank you. |

From memory you get a print out list of the needed forms from the DPS site associated with your application, and on that list it has a bar code with a alpha-digit code under it. You have to enter that bar code number onto the FAST site. Thank you very much. |
