LIBERTY, December 16, 2014 – Today in Commissioners Court it came to light that shortly before Thanksgiving Courthouse Security Officer Davis had discharged his firearm in the Liberty County Courthouse when County Judge Craig McNair questioned Sheriff Bobby Rader about the matter.

Even though it’s been weeks since the incident it was apparently never investigated or the incident cleared by the Sheriff’s Department and Sheriff Rader acted like he had just heard about it and knew little or nothing about the matter.

I just don't know what to say...

So, was it a deputy, or a civilian security officer?

As punishment, is the offender required to put a bullet in his shirt pocket?
