Anybody gone through the process for NFA items in Coryell County? I'm still Active Duty but we have bought our retirement house and I'd like to do a SBR and supressor form 4. How is the Coryell County Sheriff for signing form 4's.

Consider a trust to avoid having the sheriff know your business.
Disclaimer. I do gun trusts. Therefore I am a little biased.

From what I have heard, the Coryell County Sheriff, Johnny Burks, is pretty good about such things.

So how do I set up a trust? What does it cost?

I'm not lawyer and don't do trust, but I'm very biased in favor of trusts. It has other benefits besides just the no sign off.
