Anyone know of a place or want to help me out with getting some foam cut for my gun case?
I have a Boyd double rifle case that I just bought new foam for and I don't want to take a knife to it. I know one of these can be made (http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_3_4/292695_Cutting_Gun_Case_Foam__lots_of_photos_.html) but I do not want to make one and just use it once and was hoping someone locally has on that would be able to help out. I am located in the DFW Area. |
| I made a hot wire cutter myself out of some scrap wood and a few things from Fry's and Home Depot for about $30. It really is as easy as it looks, and just think of if you get more guns or cases you will be able to do them yourself in the future... I'll post pics when I get home from work if I remember... |

How much do you charge to get it done? I maybe willing to drive down there haha. Do you have extra foam to sell also? I have a Boyd Gun case that i got new foam for and a Plano Gun Guard AW 36in Case with the Pluck foam and would want a solid piece of instead. |
