I'm looking to buy a house early next year. I'm curious if anyone has experience with first time home buyer programs? Are the legitimate/worth it?

There are a few programs still, but not a lot. IM me if you want and we can discuss in more detail. I have been a mortgage banker for 16 yrs. Happy to give you any advice I can.

Maybe look into a USDA loan? You'd have to buy the house in a certain locale.
