| am filling out a form for SBR and have a few questions. as I want to purchase a short barrel for my existing lower, do I list the make, model, s/n, etc from my lower on the form? am I correct in assuming what I need is the form 1? any guidance would be appreciated. |

Form 1 is what you need.
Current info from the gun goes in 4a (manufacturer name/city/state), 4b is "SBR", caliber in 4c (cannot put "MULTI"), model in 4d, barrel length in 4e (close the bolt, put a rod down the barrel, minus any temp muzzle attachment), serial goes in 4g, overall length (with stock extended) goes in 4f. No need to identify the markings you'll make, they should match (name/city/state) what you put in 3b. |
