If this turns out to be correct I think my business will be going elsewhere.  My wife loves BOA.  I will probably go to my old credit union I was with prior to marriage.

It's true but that should be the least of your reasons to run like hell away from BOA!

Undetermined per Snopes:

The noted Ray Fox can not be found in the BoA corporate directory either.

BOA doesn't want or need to do business with an American gun manufacturer.  Their bread and butter has always been giving dicounted loans at below market rates to illegal aliens and laundering drug money.  I dated a girl that worked their who's job was threatened when she asked too many questions.  They were one of the banks bailed out by the taxpayers, many who 'don't qualify' for a loan at BOA.

Except for that minor detail of them doing recent business with one of the largest American gun manufacturers (see Snopes). Really the whole story is very suspicious.

BOA said that was not their policy, that person was not working off of their policy, and tried to get mcMillan back but they weren't interested.

Do you have a source for this information?

I asked my branch manager about it on Tuesday and let him read the email I had received.  He said he would check into it and on Thursday he said they had received an email from corporate later on Tuesday saying that what had happened to McMillan wasn't BOA policy, they had gone back McMillan apologizing about it, but McMillan said they were taking there business elsewhere.  That is what was relayed to me by my BOA manager.

So we are to just believe a Senior Vice President of BOA (Ray Fox) doesn't really know or represent his employer?

Yep. Seems like a new story about BOA screwing someone over appears just about other month.

They are the Jonathan Ciener of banks!
