Anyone deal with these guys?  I'm looking for a nice IWB holster for CCW and IDPA use, and these guys offer, what looks to be a solid rig, affordable, with lifetime warranty.  Figured I'd post here instead of any other place since they're a DFW local company.

You can have horse or cow hide.  Holster I believe, is kydex itself, attached to the half moon of hide.  Thinking IWB horse hide for me.

I have a Kramer IWB holster in horsehide.  Pretty comfortable.  I would go with horse if it were up to me.  It holds up better wet.

Yeah that's what the fella said, that horse holds up better, and is cooler in the summer on the skin.  For the price, and the lifetime warranty, plus it being close and local in the DFW area, I'm thinking I can't miss.  If I get a screwed up holster, I can get a new one.

Anyone who tells you horsehide is cooler than cowhide is FoS.  They're both hot in the summer and both will make you sweat.  The difference is horsehide will retain its shape when wet, where cowhide will soften.

I'm gonna go talk to the guy Saturday, check out his work.  I'll post back in here with some pics and updates on feel/comfort on the rig.

Went to his house and picked up my two holsters today.  First of all, the gentleman is a great guy to deal with.  Very nice, professional, and does quality leather work all around the house.  Upon first sight and feel, I noticed how solid the holster felt, and how light they felt as well.  I had him put two extra holes for increased ride depth in the IWB holster, was done free of charge, no problem.  Total price for both holsters was $70, and they're worth every penny.  The keep my 17 in nice and tight, easy to conceal it, and the 19 is a dream in them.  I'd highly recommend checking them out if you're in the Rockwall/Wylie/Garland area, and even beyond that, it's worth it.

My 19 sitting in the IWB holster.  The kydex keeps it nice and tight, snaps right in, keeps it there until I want it out.  First thought, after test fitting the 17 and 19 with the holster in my hand, was it's crazy tight for the draw, but once on body, drawing was much easier and smoother.  I don't know if the kydex will loosen up any, but it's nice and snug right now, if it does loosen up a bit, it'd be good to go as well.  The absolute only complaint is the belt clips are sharp as hell.  I took a sandpaper wheel and rounded them smooth.

OWB holster.

Back of both.  Standard for the IWB is only 3 holes, but like I mentioned, I had him add 2 holes for increase ride depth.

IMO, so far, these holsters are solid.  I wore mine all day (about 12 hours of shopping and errands with the wife), and it was so comfortable I never worried about it, or felt it in any way uncomfortable.
