My tracking info shows that my packet was received a week and a half ago. The website says they are still waiting for my packet. Is this typical for website updates?

this is the worse time to apply for CHL! Expect you wait about 5 to 6 weeks for it with the holidays!

I think I had to wait right at a month on my CHL. Of course it got sent back to the DPS and I had to call them

My renewal was sent in on Oct 31st and my license was complete by Nov 20 and in my hand by the 24th.
