JUSTIN –– Justin City officials have reported a shooting involving an officer and three other victims.
Police were called to the 500 block of West 4th Street around 9 a.m. on Thursday in Denton County.

One of the ladies at work was friends with the man. Totally out of character from what I hear. Sounds like he just snapped off.
Still doesnt excuse what he did though.
